Ma’Naida Gonzalez

Junior at Communication and Media Arts High School

Hometown: Detroit, MI

My theme I chose was fashion. I love fashion, it could be anything. I wanted to achieve a simple yet different perspective on fashion. I used angles and black and white to show my fashion. I enjoyed letting my models give me their perspective and combining mine to make something cool.

Raymond Gonzalez, owner of KIP (Knowledge Is Power) who was raised in Detroit, gave me some products from his brand. Raymond is a sophomore at Michigan State University and created this brand during his freshman year in high school. He created the brand to encourage people in his generation and other generations to strive for the highest level of education they want to obtain. You can shop KIP on instagram at @project.kip
