I opted for architecture as my main focus since I had noticed the distinctive styles of the buildings in Marygrove and wanted to capture the best out of these structures. Shooting buildings was definitely out of my comfort zone, but it was also beneficial in that it forced me to use my creativity in ways I had never done before. What I tried to achieve with my photographs was an aesthetic, modern, and ancient look and really portray how these buildings and their designs make them so unique and striking through my views of the world. However above all I wouldn't have had such an incredible experience if it weren't for Coaching Detroit Forward and Moon Reflections Photography making this opportunity possible. I truly feel grateful and honored to have attended this camp!
